Mithras and Murder

There are two cold cases for Tash Kent and the team to deal with in this novel, and one is very old indeed – dating back about 1500 years. Activities conducted in Menlove when the Romans ruled Britain are contrasted with the gruesome discovery of a man’s recently severed leg. Is he dead or was the limb amputated for some other, weird reason? This is a particularly complex case and it eventually leads Tash to a final showdown with Bryn Aske, the man she has been pursuing for so long.
